My husband and I booked ourselves at the Viva Wyndham resort in Samana. This was the first year it became available to canadian tourist. The construction at the airport was not completed. We just returned from a two week vacation at the Viva Wyndham Samana. It was a wonderful experience. The beach is definitely the highlight of the resort. I would rate the beach a 5** star.
