Stayed here on the way to Melbourne to brake up the trip - great value hotel - kids loved the heated outdoor pool & the spa was huge - will stay here again. Great little town for shopping to - the clothing stores are different with good quality labels and the winter boots were amazing.

Check in at the hotel was quick and the staff were helpful and friendly without being gushing. Car parking is in the basement with a lift up to the rooms. The room was large, clean and beautifully decorated. Bed was extremely comfortable. Reception staff were excellent both on check in and check out. Undercover parking and nice pool & spa area. Nice touch to find a note on windscreen saying they had washed out windscreen and "drive safely". Would definately stay again.

This a must stay hotel, the staff go out of their way to help. Rooms are large and so clean 12 out of 10 would stay here again in a wink. The cocktail bar is a nice touch and yet again staff so hepful 10 to of 10 Well done Gateway Wangaratta
