booked four rooms with friend and all had the same experience TERRIBLE, the manager was the worst I have have ever seen he just wouldnt talk to us and was not willing in anyway going to help adress any of our concerns. Rooms are musty overpriced and had roaches and spiders. highly disapointed, not serviced on sundays!!!!!!!

Very clean, friendly, safe, very well managed, very modestly priced, extraordinary value for money, handy to town, inexpensive broadband, BBQ area and garden immaculately groomed, well maintained, good off street parking.
