Our Labour Weekend stay was really great, our room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Getting up in the morning and watching horses being exercised on the Racecourse from the luxury of our bed was wonderful. The establishment has two stories of units/rooms – the top level of which definitely appears to be leased to long term tenants. It was extremely run down, worn carpets with stains, chips out of the mirrors, mold growing everywhere in the very tired bathroom which was due for an upgrade 15 years ago.
