Lovely, clean b and b in quiet area yet within walking distance of Nelson. Tasty continental breakfast provided by pleasant and helpful owners. Lots of places to eat in Nelson. Walked up nearby Botanic Hill which is supposedly the 'centre of New Zealand' with fantastic views of Nelson and surrounding area.

The Sussex House is a beautiful old B & B. It's within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, botanical gardens and various walking paths around town. We were there for less than 24 hours, but the breakfast was nice and there was coffee and tea service upstairs. We could here people in the next room a bit. A lovely old house.

Beautiful old house near botanical gardens, CBD and hilltop climb. Easy walk to restaurants and town.
