The walls are made of a very thin layer of probably cardboard and plaster. I could hear the kids next door though they were not being loud. Every little knock could be heard. I dont blame the neighbours but you can feel how thin the walls are. I knocked on it and was surprised how thin and weak it felt....

We dropped a Scotties car off at the motel and stayed the night. The room was large, very clean and the bed and seating comfortable. We thought it good value for money and the free courtesy car service to the airport excellent. Reception staff very friendly and efficient. We would certainly choose to stay here again.

Stayed here 3 nights, 1st night was good so we re booked. Breakfast was fresh and tasty but expensive. Holiday Inn has a buffet breakfast for extra NZ $7.50 p.p Over all very well done to all staff

We needed to stay close to the airport because our friend was leaving at a different time than we were and there is a free shuttle service to the airport. Hotels rooms are nice, roomy, well equipped and clean. The only downside is that there are no restaurants in walking distance.

We stayed there for one night after arriving at the airport and not wanting far to travel. A slight mix up with our booking was soon resolved. We had booked a one bedroom unit and the main room contained another bed (single), table & chairs, and a kitchenette. However there was very little storage space.

We have stayed here a number of times and have had positive experiences but after the last time, have had enough.
Its a fine motel however the following are dealbreakers for me:
No extra blankets for the bed in winter
One tiny under desk style fan heater
Uncomfy bed
Not enough blankets on bed
