We have recently stayed at Arlia Sands. Amenities were immaculate, the people at office were full of fantastic local knowledge and advice on tours and things to do. Very quiet location yet only small walk to awesome beach! Fantastic value for money and would highly recommend. Quite a refreshing change to be surprised rather than dissapointed.
This place was such a pleasant surprise- they earned every one of their 4 stars, and probably deserve a few more!

Arlia Sands is a apartment hotel 100 metres back from the waterfront at Hervey bay. It is clean, well kept, with friendly owners. The pool is very small by todays standards and the landscaping is nothing special. The issue is that there are some very nice places right on the Esplanade with spectacular water views.
