Kaikoura is a small town - only 4,000 residents. This small hotel was immaculately clean, nicely appointed, well located to all the sights and fairly priced. The owner was very pleasant and accomodating. The view was what US would call filtered however we had a corner room and it was fine. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Well worth the cost. More

Although we didn't get the free upgrade we had on our last visit, this motel remains a good choice. It is far enough away from the noisy end of town but near enough to walk if you want to. We got two walk in rooms when we arrived late into Kaikoura. Good clean accommodation with adequate parking. We had the rooms to the side (the sea facing ones were much more expensive) and had a great dinner at the White Morph restaurant next door (they have some great wine pairings). A really good option if you are in Kaikoura! More

Very pleasant motel with well maintained, clean, large rooms with full facilities, including kitchenette, microwave, fridge etc. Only rooms in the front have sea views to die for, so we had to get out and have a stroll outside, on the waterfront, to enjoy the area.
