We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and felt more like family than guests throughout our 1 week stay. New owners have remodeled every room and were super friendly. The restaurant amazed us...Austrian chef prepared best meal we had in New Zealand...which is saying a lot given food in new zealand is amazing.

We felt welcome the moment we walked in and the room was as promised in the reception, small but clean with thick towels and very hot shower. All for $70. Tv, microwave and even friendly cat Sparky!
