We stayed at Fairways in a 2 bedroom apartment in April with another couple. The accommodation was superb, very modern and peaceful. Owners were a delight to deal with and went out of their way to be helpful. Wished we had booked for longer but we were coming to the end of our South Island holiday. Would certainly recommend.

this was so wonderful, the venue, the quietness, the setup and the manager that we stayed an extra night. the manager went out of his way to do extra things for us, ie, when he noticed us sitting outside the apartment having our lunch at the table and chairs he went and got a big umbrella and fitted it over... Nice place and modern architecture which is hard to find in NZ. Is outside of city centre in a remote place. Owners are very nice and working hard to get more investors in.

We stayed here in march, and it was excellent. The one bedroom suites are quiet and spacious. Take away meals are easily available in Kailua 5 minutes by car.
