Jan gave us detailed directions plus sightseeing stops along the way from Kaikoura. Lovely location, beautiful decor, tranquil setting. Further details for our trip to Franz Josef given on departure. She should be a travel writer. A perfect stop on the West Coast and I think, more refined than other accommodation along the way.

We were upgraded to one of the best rooms overlooking garden and beach as Jan was quiet that day. A great place to chill out after a long drive from Kaikoura and Punakaiki. Stunning beach combing area and Jan and partner were very welcoming.
