I stayed here in October 2011 for one night. It's a pleasant b n b well placed as a stop over enroute to the glaciers or before heading over to Christchurch. The host are very friendly andvwas well looked after.

The rosewood facility itself is quite nice---front room can be noisy from the road. Very little hospitality/interaction from hosts----no help on local points of interest.
