When you first get there you are greeted by a very friendly old couple who run the place. The rooms are nothing to write home about but they are clean and tidy with everything you need. Strong water pressure and proper heating... very important if visiting in winter. Also you get free wifi. The only real downside is it's location.... More

Absolutely nothing to complain about! Friendly owners, comfortable, modern and clean rooms and adequate prices. Would stay at this motel again anytime if ever back to Wanganui.

The motel is in a commercial district quite near to the centre of town. the rooms are of a high standard. “Lovely family run motel”

Had a lovely stay at the motel. The family coundn't do enough to help us even when we'd arrvied late. Bed was very big and comfy and the kitchen had all we could need. Nice roomy bathroom. Overall a good stop over!

Walked in to this Motel on the basis of appearance and location. It is a couple of blocks from Victoria Street, the Main Street of Wanganui, off the main Highway.
