This hotel is located in the heart of Bunbury, but was quiet & peaceful. We stayed one night there with relatives from England. Our rooms were well appointed & pleasant. Staff were helpful. We dined & had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, Alexanders, & staff were very happy to provide me with a lovely gluten-free meal. The wait-staff both night... More

I stayed there recently just for the night. Check in was a breeze with lovely staff. We use to stay here every Australia Day as the location to the foreshore for the fireworks was excellent especially for children! It is a centrally located hotel, very reasonably priced but the rooms are very outdated. We had a used coffee cups in... More

This hotel is in a great location right in the heart of the Bunbury Town Centre. From check-in to check-out, the staff at this hotel could not have been more accommodating to our needs. The hotel foyer is very impressive with an indoor atrium, heated pool and restaurant. We had a family room that was huge by hotel room standards,... More

Only stayed for one night, but staff were friendly and very helpful. Handy location near beach and town centre.

We stayed for the Swimming championships. The receptionist when we arrived was excellent and the place was booked out. We appreciated the free undercover parking and the location was good ,just around the corner from a choice of cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself, yes could do with a make-over but then the prices would go up. On a very... More

I've stayed dozens of times here when in the south west on business. Every time it got worse & worse. For my most recent trip down there, I chose to stay elsewhere & was happy I did so. The Lord Forrest is noisy, inside & out. Being atrium styled, all the noise from the lobby, pool, bar etc rises up... More

Stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights. (Too long). The hotel is dated and smells like chlorine (thanks to the indoor pool.). The room was average - however the sprinkler system had been dripping on my bed and it was completely saturated. Terrible customer service in resolving the issue - was finally moved. The hotel restaurant served the... More

Central in Bunbury, unusual, novel hotel. Second time we've stayed here over the past 5-6 years & nothing much has changed. Friendly, Aussie staff. Quiet, great views, clean, Interesting design with vines throughout the interior & glass lifts around a central hub. Yes, we would stay here again, but remember it's W.A. (I hope it never changes!) We enjoyed the... More

The hotel room is big enough, nice and clean. I like the mini bar very much. Staffs are friendly.

The Lord Forrest is a little outdated & could do with a makeover. It has long hanging plants on every level and the entire hotel smells like chlorine due to the indoor pool being right in the middle of the hotel near the check in desk. We stayed on Level 2, the TV reception didn't work but it was fixed... More
