After reading some not so good reviews online I was a bit apprehensive about staying here. My partner and I spent one night in an executive suite with a spa. It was a very clean and tidy room, the spa was great! The service from staff on check in was pleasant. The pizza place that delivers straight to your room... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was quiet but the whole place needs a refurb. Our room got the morning sun and the only sun shade was heavy blackout curtains, partly coming off the rails which meant we either sat in darkness or with lights on, not very pleasant, no view. Carpet was stained and general appearance in the... More

We booked 2 rooms with one room with a foldout bed. It was pretty tight but ok. Staff where great and tried to organize a bigger room when they found out we had a fold out bed in the double room. Indoor pool was great, spa didn't seem to heat up at all. A short walk away in Balaclava was... More

Hubby and I stayed here as we needed overnight accommodation before heading to Cabrini Private Hospital. This was very convenient and only a short easy drive. Very quiet location, no neighbour room noise, comfy bed. We stayed in motel section and found the room clean and comfortable. It has an indoor heated pool but we didn't take a dip so... More

Poor service,Over priced, bathroom clean to the eye but look a little closer dirty grout and little hairs in the shower. Baclcony with no chairs or table and unsafe for toddlers as we discovered the is a plant box they could climb with no proper safety barriers.

My daughter and I, as well as 2 other kids stayed here during a trip to Melbourne for a sports event that they were competing in. We had previously booked somewhere else, but it was completely inappropraite for kids. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and calming after I had spent nearly 4 hours trying to find accommodation... More

I stayed in that place for tens days, first in an apartment then a regular room (much cheaper...). The apartment was very nice, perhaps a tad drab in its decoration, but pleasantly furnishe, roomy, and with a suitable range of amenities. The "spa" apartment was much the same but consists of only one room. There are micro-wave ovens in a... More

I stayed at Quest East St. Kilda for 3 nights in spring 2007. Things started out great, but become worse. As I entered, I was pleasantly surprised at how modern and "American" feeling the hotel was. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally professional, curteous and polite. A delight. The hotel has two levels, and both feature wide long... More
