Stayed here over new years, was a good experience. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious. The service was great, the man who checked us in was lovely. Location is also good, not very noisy. Will stay here again.

One block from a 20 minute tram ride to Melbourne city center, plus right over the Aldi grocery store made this a great apartment. The poor building number location makes it tough to find the first time, but its worth it. Price includes free covered car parking, and our room had a kitchenette for quick meals.
