The hotel was overall very nice. The only minor things were the shower not enough pressure and you had to constantly play with the taps. The room was very cold but the heater was great. Arrived at the Chaffey at approx 6pm. Stayed for 3 nights over easter holiday. Staff were very helpfull and friendly, recently under new management. Bed was really comfy and the spa was bigger then we thought. Dinner at the Chaffey restaurant the second night was delightful. Food and waitress were great! We will definately will stay again next time.
