Second time that I have stayed here. Nice and clean, very big rooms and quiet. All amenities in room not in the centre of twon but not that far out. Food breakfast and dinner excellent. The staff are very friendly and efficient

The hotel is somewhat tired looking in parts but has undergone a "refresh" so the room we had was clean and comfortable. The hotel is on the main street of Mildura, great location. It's based around a central court yard that includes tennis courts, pool, BBQ area and ponds, this was all great and well done. Travellers be very aware of the 10% cancellation fee when cancelling your booking, no matter how far in advance you cancel. Apparently if you ring this resort rather than doing it on-line, the cancellation fee does not apply unless it is less than 24 hours. Any motel that has a 'booking button' system on-line is best avoided.

My wife and I stayed here for two days in late November 2008. We had booked a self contained "deluxe suite" as we like a little more space than a single motel like room. This "motel" was comfortable, and clean but certainly not of a resort standard. It is most suited to families with children, not for a romantic getaway. There was not enough staff over the new year period to run a bar service to the pool, neither was there a snack / light meals menu. The only restaurant there was totally booked... More
