About 2 kms from cbd. Older rooms with bathrooms having been refurbished. No gym. Parking outside of rooms. Nice foyer with warm fire. Nothing special but nothing better in town.
Terrible service. Waited almost an hour for a steak in a restuarant with only one person in it. Will never eat here again

The striking feature of this motel is the lovely central garden with pool and spa. It makes a change to be able to park your car right next to your door and then NOT have to see it again until you leave the next day.
The room was very large and well appointed, and contained everything one would expect including...

The rooms here are HUGE! Very old fashion brick motel, with a very strong smell of cleaning chemicals, I had to air the room out. Not the best counrty motel I have stayed at, it is a bit out of town, and the noise levels with cleaning staff dragging their trolleys in front of the rooms was annoying.

I found the room was warm and comfortable and we had a great outlook to the courtyard.
The room we had and the room other family members were in had a renovated bathroom so we did not have the daggy 70's style as another reviewer wrote about. We found the showers great fun as they are for two people one...

I found the room to be clean and comfortable. Unusual arrangement with no curtain or door on shower screen which caused the bathroom to flood, possibly a slip hazard. Half eaten biscuit packet with the tea & coffee service. In contrast to the other reviewer, I found this hotel to be quite good, typical of hotels in medium country towns...

This is a very average - 1980 motel where you park your vehicle outside your room.
The room itself was ok - a bit daggy with lots of dark exposed brickwork and the bedding was the older style blanket and sheet option which the kids thought was very strange as they are doona kids!
The bathroom was cold and primitive!...
