Unfortunately for the Kardinia Park Motel, I was lucky to stay at The Langham in Melbourne earlier in the week, and the two hotels could not have been more different. But we certainly didn't experience the warm and friendly welcome described by the other reviewer. I have stayed in this Motel 6 times or more over a number of years. The rooms are modest and great value for money. They are always extremely clean and the host/owners - Jenny & Peter are fantastic people and run it with pride and provide warm, welcome environment. Beds are comfortable and showers are hot with good water pressure.... More
