I have stauyed at several Ballarat hotels before and this is by far the best! The roons are clean and big. We stayed in the executive spa suite which was beautiful. Great value compared with best western. Easy walk to everything. Don't bother ringing around, just stay here!

Ideal location close to mall area,Close to food outlets,close to shops,Close to Soverign hill. Owners are very helpfull,willing,premises are very clean,comfy beds,large room[11]no noise streets.Always seem to be getting updated.good value

We stayed at the Quality Inn for one night. We were warmly welcomed on check-in and although we were early, there was no problem with leaving our car in the free car park. Stayed a saturday night in Ballarat, resonably big family room, Clean,good beds ,central location, good value for money considering accomadation these days dont allow for families who have more than 1 child. Nice owner,parking a bit dangerous, seems like there cramming them in. rest on site .Furniture a bit old fashioned but then you dont sleep on a table!!

Stayed here as it was last place with a vacancy when we went to Ballarat Cabaret Festival. The woman at desk upgraded us, looked up where we were going, and printed info out for us. Great help. PS if Cabaret Festival is on GO TO A SHOW. It was excellent entertainment.

This is a lovely hotel managed by beautiful smiling people that made our weekend a great family vacation. we stayed in a town house which was well equipped, very clean and very comfortable. Full kitchen and 2 great tv's were realy great for the family and the spa in the bath room was a treat. Can't wait to visit this... More

Rooms are large with great A/C. Everything a rep needs is here. Large Roof mounted TV. It would have been better with a lounge in the room but they had a single chair. No restaurant on site but they have chargeback from places closeby including a club and the Ballarat Steakhouse.

We stayed just the one night. Receptions was friendly and helpful. Our room was a non spa, one bedroom unit. In most respects it was what we expected from a Quality Inn Unit. However, there were two exceptions. First my side of the bed's electric blanket was defintely not working. And the wall central heating refused to heat the room.... More

Great hotel right in the heart of ballarat. We stayed in the townhouse, although a bit on the small side (tiny balcony) from what we expected, it was more than enough for what we needed. Owners are very friendly and welcoming, and genuinely wanted to make our stay great. Would recommend to couples, family's and groups, and would definitely stay... More
