“A great clean modern B&B in Ballarat”

This B&B, although a little outside of Ballarat, is immaculate. It is modern so do not look for historical ambiance. It is in a new residential area, but Ingrid, our host, is pleasant and attentive and keeps the rooms absolutely pristine. “A great relaxing stay”

We have just stayed 3 nights. We wanted a quiet place not too far from Melbourne. This was certainly it. The bedrooms, and indeed the lounge and breakfast area very comfortable, very clean and they were that way throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and Ingrid is very attentive. We definatley recommend this B & B.

The couple who run this do it very well. Clean, comfortable - no problems. The only downside is that a housing estate has grown around them, so it doesn't look so nice during the day. We had a wonderful time at the Canadian Lodge The house was charming, our room was excellent, bed was very comfortable and the house lovely and warm. Breakfast was delicious,hosts were very friendly and no attention to detail was spared.

“very comfortable”

Very clean, very comfortable and well set up, good breakfasts and helpful owner. I did think that it is important to know that we had a car and could get there easily but it is a 5 minute drive from the City Centre, it is not walking distance

It means friends can get together in the shared lounge facilities when they want to, and have some "time out" in their own private room as well. Ballarat's Autumn Day ride is a favorite amongst cyclists, and provides a great cycling opportunity in Victoria's county side.... More
