I had made my booking using the Accor site, and having stayed there inumerable times before though it would be up to the usual standard. However, on arrival I was greeted by the first change, complimentary parking - always included in the past - is no longer included, and I had to pay A$6 even though it was a public... More

The check in staff are poor, I have stayed here several times and it's never good, this stay my room was a little grubby and after the first night was not even made up. Restaurant staff are great. The hotel has potential, but the reception staff are just awful. More

We really liked our stay in Mercure - the bed was comfortable, clean room although the bathroom needs an uplift. Please specify if you want an air conditioned room as this hotel has non air conditioned rooms as well.
