We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room overlooking the park. The room was large, bed and pillows comfortable, very clean. All the usual inclusions: iron, ironing board, hairdryer etc? Very large picture windows. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Great location within easy walking distance to main shopping area and Southport. Added bonus of free parking.

Walking distance from town, beautiful view across to the park from our window. Room was a little dated but had everything we needed and breakfast in the restaurant was good value. We got a great deal on the room and felt it was good value for what we paid
