Be very careful when booking this hotel. Location is handy enough but the road front, park view rooms, are to be avoided. In dire need of modernisation and repair with hard beds and road noise these rooms are two star at best. The rooms are large and comfortable. You can hear traffic from the front rooms. The new refurbishished rooms are very nice as they have a new modern bathroom. The chairs, beds and tv are all new in all the rooms. Would be happy to stay here again. Very nice beeing across from the park

Tarting up the room with contemporary bedclothes did not detract from the remnants of the last occupant's poop in the toilet. I've stayed in some pretty shabby places right throughout the world, but they *have* all managed a clean toilet. Water glasses were also grubby. On the upside the location is pretty good and the park opposite is lovely.
