Cups on arrival stacked as clean still had lipstick on, next day cleaners cleaned cups with window cleaner and dusting cloth. Reported to management who confirmed suspicion buy offered no appology. New side tables, bed head and clock radio dusty and clearly not dusted for a while. Heater not working. Room 13 of all rooms.

Very nice motel with helpful staff and a small kitchen. The roof is maded of tin which caused a lot of noise but do bare in mind they did have one months rain in one night when we stayed. The motel is about one block from the towns main street.

We found the Motel to be great value. The location is perfect for exploring Mount Gambier but still very quiet. The owners were very friendly and helpful at check in and suggested places to eat while we were there. The rooms are well maintained and very clean which is important to us. Great place to stay while in Mount Gambier!

We stayed in the Mid City Apartments in Anderson Street (same owners as the hotel). And they were brilliant. The "apartments" are in fact completed home villas, ours was three bedrooms, large bathroom, living, dining and kitchen. Absolutely excellent. The Mid City is in a brilliant position, right in the middle of town, with excellent motor inn carparking. The owners are delightful and friendly, and nothing was roo much trouble. Highly recommended.
