“Great accommodation walking distance from everything in Glenelg”

We manage a variety of over 13 apartments , but all issues are attended to as soon as we are made aware of them . Glenelg holiday was ruined by this dirty 3bdrm disappointing apartment. Advertising itself as beautifully furnished, it was in fact a dirty, poorly furnished ill maintained apartment which we ended up by staying out of for the most part of the day (Glenelg New years- no other accommodation available). All issues raised were responded to, and fixed asap. ie carpets throught entire apartment were shampooed and cleaned next day as soon as we were made aware of her unhappiness. Fully ducted air conditioning was inspected and cleaned same day. The Cleaner was sent back immediately to deal with the womans concerns and take instructions from her on what she... More
