When we arrived we had to check in at the bar as the reception was closed. Our beach front unit was not available even though we booked months in advance. We were given an other unit as we had nowhere else to go. Even though they knew we were checking in that day the kids bunk beds were not made....

Booked in for 6 nights but checked out after only 3 due to late night juke-box (doof doof) noise on 2 of those 3 night. No management available to deal with it, as mobile number provided by reception for on-site manager was never answered. Disappointing, as the beachfront setting and large, attractive pool area are lovely.
