Worth the drive up the mountain. The units are a little tired looking, but you could use the word 'rustic' as they blend in with the location. This is off the beaten track but well worth it. It is the most reliable place to see Platypus in their natural habitat and we were not disapointed! This hotel is located in a beautiful national park, surrounded by rain forest, and right next to a river with great hikes and platypus.
