We booked direct with Outrigger a few months before our stay and got a very good rate in the better tower with full bfast included. What an absoulute joke Outrigger resort is. For the price we paid it was not worth it at all. Check in was late and unorganised. Room was clean but air con was not working. Staff looked stressed and unhappy. Recked of alcohol and quite rude. A serious do not go zone. more

We had stayed there a few years ago and were unaware that the 2 new Reflections Towers at Coolangatta have now virtually blocked out the good Ocean views. Outrigger Twin Towns Resort has 2 towers. We were in the Harbour Tower. The other is the Ocean Tower. But much of the view of the ocean is now blocked by new high rise in neighbouring Coolangatta.
