just one night - but a great night's sleep. Quiet dispite being above the pub. Really friendly, helpful staff and a very nice (cooked to order) breakfast.

We stayed at the Blackbutt Inn for 1 night to have a short break away. The room was modern, very clean and functional with all one would need for a short stay. Although the rooms are above the hotel it was very quiet on a Thursday night. The room was excellent value particularly if you take advantage of the Internet...

Was here two nights for business trip. Room small but perfectly formed, modern and clean!!! Had to check in after midnight due to flight delays and it went very smoothly! If staying on weekend pub noise could be distracting but on weeknight could only hear it in corridors. Staff were wonderful. Location was only bug bear cost $28 to get...

Nice, modern and clean. A bit out of town (15-20 mins drive) but good value for money. Pleasant service levels. Rooms tad small but comfortable and had all you wanted.

Stayed here because my first choice of Quality Hotel Apollo International was fully booked. The hotel is located on top of Blackbutt Inn and sits on a corner, Check in was casual and friendly, and they allowed me to check-in more than two hours early, so that was very welcome. The reception area was very small, which was a portent...

I got a bus from just outside Newcastle train station, I asked the...

Beautiful rooms - like you'd expect from a quality resort, but at a great price. Hotel seems to have been recently refurbished, and finished with good quality. Service was friendly. Location is central for Newcastle. Best sleep I had on this trip!

We found this small complex to be of excellent value and the service from the owner was more than what we expected of a busy person. We were staying in Newcastle as we had my Nephews wedding to attend. We booked taxi 2 hours before we needed it and then had a panic attack when no taxi arrived and hotel...

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights based on reviews from Tripadvisor. We used to live in newcastle so we knew our way around. The Blackbutt Inn is about 5-10 min from town which is fine if you have a car but you'd rather stay closer if you didn't. We booked our room through Lastminute and payed $135 AUD...
