The Quality Inn Grafton is the only good accomodation option in town. The staff were very welcoming and informative on the local attractions and dining options when Victorias was closed. Leon and Kerryn (managers) were very friendly and love a good chat. The hotel is ideally situated in town with a short walk to the shops, main street and the...

My fiance and I recently stayed in the family apartment at the Quality Inn Grafton for a wedding in town. We travelled with 2 other couples and another friend who was on her own, we all found apartment was spacious, with 2 bedrooms (queen / 2 singles), lounge / dining area, kitchen and a fantastic balcony.
The apartment was clean...

Had only dropped bags in room after late arrival & attended the restaurant for dinner. Young man at reception friendly and helpful. Apart from us, one other couple in the restaurant apparently engaged in a domestic argument, Ordered several dishes & glass of wine each. Two dishes were good. The third dish, after 1 very unpalatable prawn and a small...

The bathroom is renovated but the shower and spa was not and was rusty, grubby looking....

The room was very clean and quiet. Very pleasant proprietor. A very minor irritation was a squeaky bathroom door.

Nice room. Great wifi. Good value. I won't say anything about location because hey, it's Grafton.
The service is good, and what we're truly grateful for was being directed to no. 1 Duke st, a restaurant which is truly stellar. Amazing. Incredible. And totally unexpected... To find one of the best restaurants we've even been at in Grafton of all...

The rooms are a little tired and could do with an upgrade. Otherwise this is a great place for a short stay or an overnighter if you're traveling through. They have a pool and a restaurant that is okay too.

We stayed one night in a family room on the way to Qld. This hotel is ok for one night I suppose however our room was dark and depressing. The walls are a bit grubby, furnishings dark. The trees outside block any light coming in. If you like a dark room you will like this and I suppose if it's...

My wife and I stayed here in October 2011 as a 1 night stop on our trip home from the Hunter Valley to Brisbane. As we drove into town it was 1 of the first hotel/motels on the way in. I had been driving all day and was just wanting somewhere to crash. The room was large and more suited...
