Stayed here during our trip through NSW from Victoria. Bed was good, shower was good, room was clean, breakfast package included was great value, excellent staff member and located so you can walk into town for a drink and or meal. Would happily stay there again.

Old and run down, probably was excellent 30 years ago, the room was not clean. Very old furniture would not recommend or go back to. Was surprised with the reviews on the website, probably some rooms are refurbished, but the one that we got was old and stinky

Stayed here for a very quick trip to Dubbo. Obviously renovated recently, the room (205) was very clean, comfortable, reasonably well equipped but curiously short on power points. Nice pool, good little restaurant (excellent $15 steak), adequate parking and close to the CBD, the motel is on the highway but without any noticeable road noise. I don't usually sleep well... More

Motel exceeded our expectations. Excellent front desk service, very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, highly recommended restaurant. Stay included a complimentary continental buffet breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Were were looking for a place to stay on our way to Cootamumdra and picked Golden West from information on Trip Advisor. We were a little disappointed as it didn't quite meet our expectations.
