My husband and I stayed a night here during our motorbike trip. The staff were friendly, our ensuite unit was very comfortable, clean and warm. Really nice hostel, with really friendly staff, who were very helpful! Very spacious, with clean facilities. Would recommend staying here on route down the west coast of New Zealand to break up the journey!

Unique hostel with very spread-out layout. Bathroom facilities and kitchen area very nice. Staff cooks up yummy breakfast sandwiches that are cheap. We were very happy with our stay.

I really liked Bazil's Hostel, the place was great with lots of space to chill out, swings and hammocks etc all around. Great staff and the hostel is so cozy and lovely. Loving all the plants and herbs and the awesome louge area with BBQ. The breakfast deal with egg and bacon sandwich is well worth the money!! Thank you so much guys!!
