Great value for money, rooms are clean, with all the necessary amenities of heaters, electric blankets, hair dryers, tv, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, clean bathrooms. Stayed a night on our recent trip in Oct. New owners (can't remember their names) were the friendliest people we've met in NZ. Newly renovated rooms, spacious and clean.
