Although the hosts were very friendly, and the price cheap, the rooms were simply not clean enough. The carpets could do with a proper clean or even, better, replacement. We felt bombarded by dust and old smells, and left after our first night. Basic is fine. Unclean is not.

We stayed for 3 nights at Diane and Ian's place. The location was excellent, overlooking the lake and the place was quite beautiful. The room is small but cosy.
Diane and Ian are excellent hosts and very good company. Ian was a good guide on what to see and the smart way to do it too!
