My wife and I had a long weekend away from the children and were looking for a little bit of comfort and luxury while in Queenstown...and this hotel didn’t disappoint in the slightest!! From the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out the staff of Bonnie, Karen and Eduardo treated us like royalty! The service and personal... More

Mum and I booked ourselves into the Queenstown Park Hotel. We acquired the Gondola Twin Room. No view to speak of, other than the mountainside that felt more ominous than scenic, but we weren't looking for a view – so all good. The room itself was a unique design that I could've sworn was custom-made for someone like myself. Its... More

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Queenstown Park Hotel so much that we have rebooked for this winter. A lovely location, nice and close to town - walking distance. The staff were friendly and willing to help out with information on the local activities and 'not to miss' spots of queenstown. The room was spacious, clean and... More

Nice rooms, excellent, helpful staff, good location close to town. Really loved it here, only downside is that most of the rooms face the street, right at street level so there really is no privacy and you do look out at the street and cars. It's a little unfortunate given the gorgeous views of the lake and the mountains that... More

Nice quiet location away from the busy main areas of Queenstown. The Queenstown Park hotel is modern and stylish but a little clinical. Once we got to our room we found it comfortable, well appointed. The hotel staff are quite friendly and willing to help with advice on the local activities, they recommended Les Alps a French restaurant for dinner... More

Stayed for 6 nights beginning of May. Great little boutique hotel, FANTASTIC staff, helped us with everything we wanted restauants tours maps advice just great. Cozie comfortable rooms, close to the main town. A couple of minutes walk maximum. Highly recommend. Even a good glass of wine and canapés by the fire each night.

We loved everything about the hotel and our stay there. Everyone was friendly and knowledgable; the decor is warm and modern; the location was perfect - a couple of minutes walk from the center of everything - close to everything but removed just enough to be peaceful. We will certainly stay there again, hopefully before too long!

We stayed here in February - high season with all the weddings. Price was reasonable for Queenstown prices. The room was comfortable and its an easy walk ( 2- 3 minutes) to town for restaurants and shopping. I recommend it for a weekend getaway.

My first impression was one of disappointment. The reviews mostly rave about this place, and driving there we couldnt find it at first. It's a lowslung, longish building next to a sports field, without any signage or obvious place to enter. They do have limited parking under the hotel, but we parked on the road which seemed to be fine.... More
