Very roomy, plenty of space in unit together with a big bathroom. We loved the views from the deck. Great location if you are travelling by car, probably a couple of k's to the supermarket and a bit of an uphill walk if you walk back from town after enjoying a meal and a few drinks.

The Alexis Motel is perfectly situated on the Frankton Road, only a short walk through Queenstown Gardens to the centre. This place was a real find and we had an extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay here. Would have loved to stay longer but we had to press on to our next destination. The beds we very comfortable, we had a huge amount of space and wonderful views of the lake. We highly recommend it.

Bed was massive and very comfy, the kitchenette area was very clean the bathroom, was a good size and the room was too, the staff were very welcoming and friendly and very willing to offer advice on good places to eat out or to visit great value for money, and will definitely stay there again

We flew into Christchurch and then drove down to Queenstown. The Alexis Motel was above our expectations. We had a fabulous corner room with all facilities. The views were stunning! Stayed four nights and had great weather and a very memorable stay.

We had a very enjoyable 3 nights at the Alexis. The room was spacious and well appointed with a great view of the lake. The short 10 minute walk to and from Queenstown restaurants, lakeside activities and shopping made this a great choice. The owners are really helpful and gave us some great suggestions for local activities. Highly recommended
