Had a fantastic experience at the Alexis Apartments, the view from our room was fantastic! The service offered was great and everything you needed was right there. If we're ever in Queenstown again, we'll be staying here!

I would probably have been satisfied with our stay here had we not experienced staying at another accommodation in Queenstown when we came back from Milford Sound. Very comfortable and spacious accommodation with fantastic views over Lake Wakatipu, The Remarkables and the Skyline Gondola. The underground car parking is perfect and from the lodge a 10 minute walk into the centre of town is great, bit hilly but the exercise is fine and gets you in the mood for the many restaurants in Queenstown itself. The view here over the lake at Queenstown is one of the prettiest I've seen in the world. The room was spacious and nice, the staff helpful and the internet fantastic (although not free). Would definitely recommend it.

Stayed in a first floor room with corner spa. Immaculately kept with all amenities and views of the lake and the mountains. Short and pleasant walk to town. Was worried about parking but garage not too tight. Couldn't ask for more in the price range.

A note to travellers - beware of this apartment's cancellation policy as no refund will be given under any circumstances unless 7 days notice is given. A most unfortunate situation and I feel a rather unpleasant way to accommodate travellers in a very competitive market when unforeseen circumstances may arise to prevent occupying a booked apartment. The accomodations were clean, comfortable and roomy. Beautiful view and excellent location. The owners were so friendly and helpful.
