Very comfortable, clean and spacious room. Reception is very friendly and breakfast is good. Location is pretty good, just walking distance to the town centre. Not a big extravagant city hotel but its a lovely comfy boutique hotel.

Great location within walking distance of everything. Good value and family atmpshere, attentive and pleasant staff, the nightly cheese and Otago Pinot wine tasting evenings are great fun and one meets some fascinating other guests. No restaurant (so try "The Bunker") but good breakfasts. How small hotels should be.
