Good service in general excepting for the diner . Staff should be a bit more present in the room not just disappearing and then you have to wait to asked for a drink or ordering. As well not very smiley staff!! Not lot of choice concerning the menu in the evening quite poor I will say.

We booked a superior king room, great value for money at $169.00 for a room bang in the centre of queenstown. Large hotel in the centre of Queenstown and by the lake. Rooms were large and well set up, twin room has 2 dble beds, friendly staff, nice well priced bar with big fire, restaurant was good, warm and well kept

Arrivef at 7pm with a bot of a problem with reservation but soon sprted out and we found ourselves in a very modern room. No bath but great wet room.Great flat screen and nice view over side stream. Well done Novotel u will be our hptel of choice in Queenstown. Great location

We enjoyed our stay here very much - just a few minutes walk from the Memorial Hall where we attended each day. Very attractive hotel, bright, clean room - al we needed. Very helpful pleasant staff. Excellent reception. Meals were good and reasonable value.

The location is all this hotel has to offer under present management. Staff are not trained for the hospitality industry and some appear to be computer illiterate given the errors in booking and charging for our stay.
