We spend there one night on our honeymoon, the place is fantastic and the guys that run the B&B are awesome, extremely kind and nice. Cooked breakfast is amazing! I wish I stayed longer. More

Since I was travelling solo I wanted to stay in a place that was small, clean, and friendly and the Chalet Queenstown worked out perfectly. From the beginning the staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions, and they showed a genuine interest in what the guests where doing and seeing while in Queenstown. The room was clean, in... More

Beautiful cozy place located just on the fringes of central queenstown. We first stayed in a ground floor room, which was spacious, but no great views, we returned after a day(after a milford sound overnight cruise) and were put up in the first floor corner room, which has these beautiful views . We had some issues returning our rental car,... More

I stayed here for two nights recently and would highly recommend it. The views from our balcony were stunning, the room was immaculately clean and had a great selection of teas and coffees. We really enjoyed the superb breakfast and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Its a short walk into town and far enough away so... More

Located just outside of town on a bluff within walking distance of the town center, this place offers a lovely respite and views from some rooms of the Queenstown Harbor. The rooms have been recently renovated - they are little laps of luxury! Outside seating is available on the upper level deck that surrounds the building and is decorated with... More

In the spirit of honest reviewing I will say that I didn't stay in this place despite having booked a triple room for 2 nights. I found somewhere nearer the town centre after being disappointed with room 7 which had been allocated to me. This b&b has seemingly acquired a reputation for quality, but in the interests of balance you... More

I stayed here for a couple of nights and would highly recommend it. Alex was very friendly and welcoming, giving me some good tips on things to see and do during my short time in Queenstown. The rooms are done to a very high standard, spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. There are also some great views to... More

Queenstown was a great experience and Chalet Queenstown felt like the right place to stay. Alex is a super host, with a great sense of humour and very friendly. He gave us lots of tips on what to see/do and where to eat. The rooms are on the smaller side, but have great views over Queenstown and are very cozy.... More

We really enjoyed our stay at Chalet Queenstown. The rooms were cozy, the view spectacular, and the breakfast was yummy. Alex (and his adorable doggies) were wonderful hosts. We only wish we were able to stay more than one night. More

We love it! The chalet was small but cosy and warm. Very tastefully decorated with a wonderful view from the room. We can see both the lake view and the Remarkables from our room, and it's only a short walk to town center. The staffs were very nice and friendly with lots of helpful information about Queenstown and the surrounding... More
