Arrived here at the last minute on a Thursday night and Wayne (Manager) was really helpful. He sorted us a room out and helped with the bags. We were given directions and advice regarding the town and attractions and we had a great stay. Well worth a visit.. The pool was always open but shuts at 8:00pm..

Had a Great trip round south island over xmas, stayed at the Four Seasons Queenstown the people running the four seasons were very friendly and helpful, the place was lovely and clean and an excellent place to stay for our visit. Well done

The location is very good, 5-10 minutes walk from town and with plenty of parking both inside the grounds and on nearby streets. The units themselves are reasonably modern, average (if expensive) NZ motels and include good cooking and tea/coffee-making facilities. We had a wonderful stay. Rose & Wayne are briiliant hosts. They couldnt do enough for us. Booked us trips and advised here tne value is. We had a lovely 32" flat screen TV with the sports channels and great furnishings, bed covers etc. Just felt like home....and has a great pool hot tub.....and so close to town... can walk... More

Great basic motel. Walls were thin and the glass was only single glazed (don't be fooled by the smoked glass as everyone can see straight in). Staff were friendly

We drove into Queenstown around 9:00 pm and saw that almost all the hotels were closed at this hour. We saw the Four Seasons was open so we went in and Wayne, the owner, was at the front desk.
