Having had the disappointment of staying next door at the Woodlands Village (see review), it was great to be able to walk next door and book into brilliant accommodation with friendly staff and clean, comfortable and modern accommodation. Good functional motel that meets all requirements but I had slightly higher expectations. Close to everything but still a bit to far for walking. Rooms where nice and clean, comfy beds and a good shower. Nice, friendly and helpful staff! A safe choice that everyone will be happy with. More

Spent 4 days in Dunedin for work, accommodation was clean tidy and well presented. Good value for money $130 a night, slightly further than I thought to walk to octagon about 20 mins. More

I used the conference room for a product release. Bev and Alan were very helpful. We had to change the tables and seating around the room to suit our needs and they were very accomodating. Coffee and tea was plentiful for my clients who were arriving hourly. Would use again. Thank you for your help! More
