“3 bedroom dunedin self contained apartment”

Stayed 3 nights in the fully self-contained apartment. Owner stays next door, no office or reception, communication through text message. Free wireless internet but poor connectivity. Big clean rooms and fully equipped kitchen, separate dining and large living area. 2 bathrooms but only one toilet. Quiet and good security, lockup garage. Good for big family but location far from amenities.

Things have obviously changed as use of the wifi, washing machine and dryer are now free. However, still greeted in the car park by the manager and agree that a telephone number is essential. We found the one bedroom unit we had opened onto Royal Terrace opposite Olveston House and was quiet, clean and the kitchen area adequate, if basic.... More

Plenty of room in an older style large apartment with lots of space. Cooking facilities, and separate dining and lounge room space. Clean. Tricky to find. No signage from the road. No sign to any form of reception area. We were greeted by the manager in the driveway. A few odd things though. Some properties make sure that the room... More

Enjoyed the independence and tranquility of the apartment. Everything was there full kitchen and laundry, which made our week stay (4 of us) very convenient.
