This modern hotel was located just by the beach - great selection of restaurants nearby. Our room overlooked the ocean and was spacious and very comfortable. Food in the hotel restaurant wasfirst class. We had a lovely walk along the beach. It is a great alternative to the centre of dunedin and the sights are still easily accessed.

Loved it, just wish could have stayed longer!, great staff, clean, quiet, amazing views and a pleasure to stay at. I couldnt have faulted it!

Great hospitality from front desk staff, they helped us out when we booked the wrong hotel, and accomodated us in a beautiful beachfront room. Bathroom was great, shower was great, but the shower door seal leaked over the floor, so it flooded. Otherwise, location great, hotel and staff was fantastic! We'll definitely stay there again if in the area.

Arrived when hotel was quiet and managed to upgrade to room 105 fr very little extra money. This was a huge suite with a views and a hob so could have breakfast (which paid for the upgrade).
