It has all the amenities and it is close to city centre and all the shops. It's good value for money but doesn't like to have sliding door as hotel room door and share courtyard at the back of the ground floor.

Host - Friendly & efficient Room - Clean, modern with more than basic necessity (includes washer & dryer) Location - Quiet, though not so close to town for people with no transport however a bus station nearby. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and i can recomend it completely. The only not so perfect thing is that due to the earthquake Christchurch is a completely different city...but the hotel gives very good suggestions where to go and what to do...

Having been exposed to some of Christchurch's worst Motel's due to the accommodation limitations created by the earthquakes, this place a real stand-out. Really friendly welcome, easy parking, modern fresh room with everything you need and more. We stayed here for one night in December 2011. We had a downstairs unit which was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Washer and dryer in the bathroom for catching up on the laundry.
