Very close to everything and Starbucks :) good simple hotel where you pay extra to have bed made bins out etc which I'm happier not having someone poking around the room it was good the parking not too bad free at certain times outside

Came here last December for business, which was after the first CC earthquake, and before the major one ... over-all a no-nonsense space, very clean, apartment-like room - it actually is so dressed down it feels so comfortable. Stayed 2 nights. The 2 bedroom apartment. Rooms are small. Lounge room as wide as 2 seater couch. Overall this place is ok to stay if you are looking for affordable room to sleep and dont care about lounge areas. It is well located but is a very small 2 bedroom. Parking is an extra cost.

We booked this expecting an aprtment with washing facilities as we had had with other Oaks residences. No washing machine only access to an expensive laundromat. Small rooms that are very stuffy in summer .friendly staff but wouldn't recommend this place

Located in the centre of town so it's close to everything including the nightlife and the noise that goes all night. The rooms are not air-conditioned and it was very hot when we stayed so we couldn't even close the room up to escape it, they did provide pedestal fans that circulated the hot air - it was actually cooler...
