Located on one of the 4 "Avenues" surrounding central Christchurch. Great location for the public bus from the airport (number 10) drops you off at the end of Bealey Ave. Great location for central Christchurch - approx 10mins walk. Rooms - clean, stocked with tea/coffee/sugar/towels/microwave/fridge. Dairy approx 2 blocks away for groceries. Staff - friendly and helpful.

Heckled by the hookers, glue sniffers and drug dealers who were staying in the same place, I found a used condom under the badly made bed, the old curtains, the cracked walls, the tiny room in 80s mixed decor, it was utterly awful. Do Not Stay.
