We had a fantastic stay - thank you kerry for your hospitality - the setting was very relaxing after a hard day at the course, we really appreciated the fresh herbs from your garden - we will be back

My sister and I turned up at the Blenheim i-site as it was about to close one day at the end of February and asked if they could find us a twin room for three nights - we'd had a skydive in Motueka postponed due to the weather and thought that winery visits were something that we could do no... My sister and I we're touring New Zealand as an extension of my 40th birthday celebrations and came accross the Dry Olive through the Blenheim i-site. What a find! Set in the Dry Hills Estate in beautiful Blenheim with its own olive grove in the back garden. Kerry looked after us really well, brought us dessert, let us borrow warm... More

We stayed two nights at Dry Olive by recommendation from the local iSite. And what a wonderful place: their kids shared the toys with ours, wonderful breakfast, quiet place with wonderful design and great setting in an olive plantation... So many advive from the family on local restaurants and experiences in New Zealand. We are for sure booking with them... More

Thank you Stefan and family for the review. We really enjoyed having you all here and our children really loved getting to know your children, and learning all about their life at home. We were three couples from the US on our first visit to New Zealand. We stayed at the Dry Olive for a week and the cottage was perfect for us. It had three deluxe bedrooms and three baths. The kitchen and living area of the house were very well furnished and the owners (Burfoots) were wonderful hosts. There was good... More

You can't go wrong staying at Dry Olive!! The beds are so comfy and having 3 bathrooms ensured you had plenty of space to yourself. Everything we needed to enjoy a couple of nights R&R. Right beside a vineyard so you could walk down for a wine tasting. The Olive Oil is just devine and Kerry is a very caring... More

We were three couples who stayed in the cottage and we truly enjoyed our three nights there. The cottage is well furnished and the kitchen had every imaginable utensil and gadget so that we were able to cook some gourmet meals. The cottage itself is in a very scenic olive grove and one can go for long walks around the... More

Amazing cottage, beautiful grounds, lovely people - what more can you ask for! We were a party of 12 during a very busy weekend in Blenheim, and we cannot believe we got so lucky to find this accomodation. Kerry and Tim were absolutely lovely and so helpful. Members of our party were running in the Malbrough marathon and Kerry gave... More

We spent two nights at this lovely property nestled among some vines and olive trees. We were in the room labelled as a b&b which is a wing of the main property. We had so much space as we were only a couple and had two immaculate bedrooms, a superb bathroom and excellent kitchen and lounge area. The hosts make... More

Our party of six adults stayed for three nights. Very clean and comfortable accommodation with everything we needed. Tim arrived on Saturday night bearing some beautiful olive oil and bread for dipping (I suspect prepared by Kerry) which was a nice touch. Easy walk to Lawsons Dry Hills for wine tasting. Kerry was also kind enough to drive us into... More
