The Museum Hotel is very elegant but also cosy and quiet. The rooms are very well appointed and the hotel is only a short walk from Te Papa museum. The feature of this hotel is that they display interesting original artwork in the foyer and lounge area which changes regularly.

Stayed 3 nights in the hotel part of this establishment and had issues every night. The linen was dirty, light fixtures loose and the staff seemed uninterested or unable to give good customer service.
