This was by far, the worst night's accomodation any of our group of 10 had stayed at. Our family rooms we had booked months ahead had been given to other groups. The rooms were shabby and filthy, with a web of flies greeting us at the light outside the room. Our room had an extra piece of curtain sewed on... more

This hotel is supposed to be a "Quality INN"....ha ha. We can only echo all the other comments you have seen here. What ever name you give this hotel, it is sub standard. Dirty torn towels & dangerous shower were just 2 of the numerous faults encountered. When reported to reception there was no response. Our 1 and only disappointment... more

How are these people still in business?? Fiirst impressions of the hotel and we nearly walked out. Got to the room and certainly no better. All but one staff member were unprofessional and no sense of urgency to any of our issues of which there were quite a few. It was a terrible stay but was worse was the way... more

This place is rundown, dirty and does not seem to have had anything done to it since it opened god knows how long ago. Staff are rude and very poorly trained and seem to maintain the general attitude of "its every man for himself round here". I really cannot think of anything nice to say about this place except possibly the... more

This hotel needs a radical makeover immediately. The whole place is shabby, tired and not very appealing to the eye. The reception area is dingy and old, the rooms are a disgrace, stained bed covers, dirty ceiling in the bathroom, peeling paint, shabby carpet and dated furnishings. The stained tablecloths in the dining room were a bit off putting as... more

Why do some people get into the service industry if they obviously do not like dealing with people? The one receptionist couldn't understand English and the other one was very gruff and impolite. I wish I had read these reviews before I booked. The mini bar did not have everything on the list and I bet that they would have... more

Arrived at hotel to find plenty of parking spaces, reception staff polite and helpful - then downhill from that point. The room was OK with excellent views of the Chinese Embassy! Not a bad size but basic. The bathroom was something else. Very shabby with a fully floating toilet, i.e. not attached to the floor, so would advise older guests... more

All started well, friendly greeting. Next day room tea and coffee facilities not topped up, had to ask at reception for supplies! On 2nd morning no butter or margarine at toast machine, asked waiter for butter and he replied 'Maybe tomorrow'! Asked for margarine and he brought us three sachets from the kitchen but didn't attempt to top up the... more

Do not even think about staying here, it is old dirty run down and the staff have absolutely no sense of service. I wont bother to describe the awful rooms or the windows covered with condensation, the "Closed" fire exit. DO NOT STAY HERE, we looked at two rooms before leaving and booking into another hotel. I wouldnt board my... more

It started badly when we had difficulty finding it as they have not updated their sign and still call themselves the Sharella Motor Inn. When we went in to reception to check there was no-one there so we rang the bell, still no-one came so we rang again and were told "Alright, alright I'm texting my daughter" The rooms are... more
